Spanish cheese is still among the best in the world. Manchego Artisan Cured of Dehesa de Los Llanos has received the Bronze Medal in the World Championship Cheese Contest.Among 3,042 cheeses from 26 countries, it had a valuation of 99.15 out of 100 with the Manchego Artesano Media Curacion variety.

A handmade cheese

In Dehesa de Los Llanos, all the ingredients necessary to make this cheese have been produced since the 17th century..Handmade manufacturing includes its own 5,500 sheep hut ura race manchega , producers of a unique milk for the conditions in which they live and, mainly, for their food coming from forages, pastures and aromatic cultivated in the own farm, that give rise to a la carte milk.

Its unpasteurized preparation makes it possible to have a more complete food, by keeping the vitamins that accompany the fat.Also, they preserve the natural ferments of the milk, giving personality to the final product.Unlike most labels, with egg lysozyme and calcium chloride among other additions, the only ingredients of the Dehesa de Los Llanos cheese are the best raw milk, rennet and salt.
