The Portuguese capital will reap the fruits of Berasategui's latest project, which has dedicated two years of work to the development of a restaurant that will crown the prestigious Myriad Hotel .The result, a room with space for 35 people that takes the name of the 50 seconds it takes for the elevator to reach it and that is called to become a culinary reference on an international scale.
That is, at least, the objective of the chef from Gipuzkoa, who during the Presentation of the "Fifty Seconds" I assure to have "hallucinated in colors" when he saw the results of the project.At an event held at his restaurant in Lasarte-Oria, Berasategui acknowledged feeling "very happy" with the lisboeta room, to whom those responsible have« transferred knowledge» out of his 43 years of trade:« I want to wake up sensations that have not been experienced before » ;, I assert.
