Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has sneaked into the list of the ten best emerging destinations in the world in 2016 for TripAdvisor travelers, who have presented the winners of their Travelers' Choice Emerging Destinations.The awards recognize 43 destinations around the world , selected using an algorithm that mainly measures the increase over the previous year of the positive scores of web users in categories such as accommodation, restaurants and attractions, and the increase in reserve interest.This is the fifth year of the awards and lists of Emerging Destinations for Europe, Asia and South America have been announced.
